Eligibility and Procedure

A shooter having a shooter id Registered or Applied from one state cannot apply for a new id from another state without obtaining NOC from the existing state where the shooter is registered.

Procedure to obtain NOC

1. The shooter needs to send an email in the format given below to the state Rifle Association/State Shooting Federation/State Sport Authority from where the shooters wish to obtain NOC.
2. NOC should be issued by the State Rifle Association/State Shooting Federation/State Sport Authority under their Seal and Signature of the competent authority.
3. Shooter must have a valid passport and medical test before applying for NOC.
4. Shooter must submit a copy of the receipt of the application sent for registration of new shooter ID to all the States where he/she has applied.
5. Shooter must submit an undertaking that he/she will not participate in any shooting competition in the state from where the shooter has obtained NOC till he/she obtains a new shooter ID card from the new state.
6. The State Rifle Association/State Shooting Federation/State Sport Authority shall issue the NOC within 15 days of receiving the application from the shooter.
